Refund Policy at HN TRAVEL ASSISTANT

At HN Travel Assistant, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our customers. However, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or modify your travel arrangements. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you are aware of the terms and conditions applicable to your bookings.

General Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after receiving the amount from our suppliers**. This includes all services booked through HN Travel Assistant.

- For all services, refunds will only be processed once we have received the funds back from the respective suppliers.

Holiday Packages - Cancellations made within 30 days prior to the departure date are eligible for a refund, provided we receive the refund from the supplier.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the departure date are non-refundable. only dates changes allowed.

Train Tickets -  Refunds for train tickets will be processed only after we receive the refund from the railway authorities or suppliers.

Hotel Bookings - Refunds for hotel bookings will be processed once we receive the refund from the hotel or our suppliers.

Processing Time

- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days it will be credited  to the customer account 7 days of after receive the refund from the supplier
